Employee Learning Experience Manager

As an Employee Learning Experience Manager at Ralph Lauren, you will provide specialized learning design and delivery support to the NA Employee Learning Experience team. You will support the implementation of learning experience projects through learning creation and facilitation, stakeholder communication, LMS administration, and project management for learning goals.

• Co-create learning experiences with the Global Employee Learning Experience team.
• Drive a culture of learning for NA Corporate and Wholesale populations.
• Set clear objectives and outcomes for learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of learning initiatives.
• Deliver learning sessions using various methods such as classroom training and e-learning modules.
• Ensure all learning materials are mapped to Ralph Lauren Success Drivers.
• Review and update training programs to incorporate best practices and feedback.
• Act as a communication lead for NA Employee Learning Experience Team initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, including scheduling and equipment setup.
• Support the upkeep of LMS and ensure accurate data entry and user management.

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Graphic/Instructional Design, or Communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience in Retail preferred.
