Retail Operations Intern

Summary

Support operational excellence across North American boutiques through hands-on assistance with store support, process documentation, and project coordination. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, assist with reporting and auditing, and contribute to process improvements. Gain experience in luxury retail operations and participate in event and store project activities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail operations ensuring stores receive timely information and resources
• Assist with operational projects including inventory control and POS processes
• Track document and maintain operational procedures for consistency
• Coordinate with Merchandising Logistics Internal Control Visual Merchandising and Finance on store inquiries
• Prepare operational reports training materials and performance dashboards
• Participate in auditing processes including cycle counts and compliance checks
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance store efficiency
• Support project management for store openings renovations and relocations
• Provide operational support during personalization events such as trunk shows and villa

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other productivity tools
• Passion for luxury retail operations and commitment to store success
• In store retail experience is required
