Responsibilities- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as aligned by Nordstrom and SKIMS teams.
- Provide feedback to brand partners about customer and product needs.
- Share images of SKIMS floor with brand contact weekly.
- Support organization and execution of SKIMS visual standards.
- Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables are full and neat at all times.
- Maintain communication of needs with back stock and visual merchandising team.
- Attend SKIMS brand and product training sessions.
- Provide highest level of service and knowledge of product to all customers.
- Train store peers with learnings from SKIMS brand partners at least once a month.
- Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
- Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
- Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
