Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance while building lasting customer relationships and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Support an engaging shopping experience and help keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style advice, and develop product expertise.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented focus.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and ability to work well on a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, follow through, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
