Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance while building lasting customer relationships and growing sales in-store and digitally. Help maintain a customer-ready department and deliver service tailored to each customer.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, offer style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, complete markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support other departments as needed.
