Summary

The Salesperson helps customers discover fashion and styling options while building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. The role supports sales goals and maintains a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide thoughtful service and style and fit advice.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and assist other departments as needed.
