Summary

The Salesperson helps customers find apparel and products that fit their style while building lasting relationships in-store and digitally. This role works toward sales goals and helps keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style guidance, and develop product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support the team as needed.
