Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented sales.
• Availability for open scheduling, including weekends and a seven-days-a-week operation.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy for inventory reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Retail Pro and inventory system experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a professional, service-driven demeanor.
