Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations for luxury eyewear while achieving sales targets and supporting omnichannel experiences. Maintain product knowledge, assist with minor adjustments and repairs, and ensure a visually appealing store environment. Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays and collaborate with the team to meet brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge including warranties and optical add-on features
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store experiences
- Assist with minor adjustments repairs and product fittings
- Keep sales floor and back of house areas clean organized and visually appealing
- Attend training sessions to stay current on trends and product knowledge
- Follow brand policies procedures and perform duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales experience preferred
