• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Stay current on products and trends, support the team, and work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours, remain active for extended shifts, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
