Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide confident and honest feedback on style and fit
• Use product knowledge to advise customers and drive sales
• Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders stocking and remerchandising
• Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow customer engagement by opening rewards program accounts
• Work collaboratively with team and be flexible to support other departments
