Summary

Provide fashion-focused customer service and sell merchandise in-store and digitally. Build lasting customer relationships while helping maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work flexibly across departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
• Ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals and work effectively on a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
