Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texts and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent service and honest style and fit guidance to customers
- Open new customer accounts such as Nordstrom Rewards
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer readiness
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service objectives
- Be flexible to work in different departments when business needs require
