Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling, clienteling, and product knowledge. This role supports sales growth, coaches brand ambassadors, and contributes to store standards and community initiatives. Work includes in-person customer engagement and use of digital tools to drive outreach and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools for clienteling.
• Support team sales goals and uphold brand standards and policies.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
• Capture customer data in CRM to support outreach and client relationships.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Support recruiting efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
