Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service using the CHANEL service ritual to welcome and advise clients.
• Build and deepen client relationships through product demonstrations, consultations, and follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
• Attend education seminars and apply learnings; maintain product and brand knowledge.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, visually merchandised, and professional at all times.

Requirements

• Service oriented with excellent listening and communication skills and a passion for beauty and fragrance.
• Ability to work full-time in-store with flexibility for scheduling changes.
• Team player who is adaptable, confident, and professional.
• Artistry skills and direct brand or cosmetics experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and stand for extended periods.
