Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Cherry Creek Shopping Center

Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for driving sales both in-store and digitally while building lasting customer relationships. This role uses selling tools including text and social media, supports department presentation, and requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally across other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools (including text and social media)
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and open Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Provide personalized styling and fit advice and confident feedback to customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

• Interest and comfort using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
