Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor by educating customers on fit, construction, and custom options. Build lasting client relationships through attentive, direct communication and work toward individual and store sales targets. Participate in training and maintain store presentation and operations to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-stage training program to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized service and relationship building
• Maintain visual merchandising and store operational standards
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
