Brand Associate

Summary

As a Brand Associate you deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting store initiatives and driving sales performance. This full-time role focuses on client engagement, product discovery, and maintaining store standards while supporting team training and alternative purchasing channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling.
• Support execution of store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Engage and expand client relationships through outreach, community initiatives, and talent sourcing.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery via digital tools and virtual channels.
• Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, and office areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Planning, prioritization and time management skills, and comfort using digital tools to support sales.
