Fashion Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and drive sales as a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL within Neiman Marcus Denver. Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy and desire around product while supporting boutique leadership. This full-time role requires a collaborative, service-minded approach and a consistent in-person presence to deliver elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-ins into retained clients
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Process repairs and alterations intake and maintain follow-up communication with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays to support client needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills and strong passion for client experience and fashion
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform front-of-house retail duties
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
