Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance to children’s apparel and shoe customers while building a loyal customer following in-store and digitally. Achieve sales goals through excellent service, product knowledge, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, offer honest feedback on style and fit, and provide service tailored to customers’ needs.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and handle merchandise and physical tasks required for the role.
