Summary

Provide fashion-focused sales and styling assistance in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department. Build customer relationships and support sales through in-store and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to serve customers effectively.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and flexibly support other departments as needed.
