Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance to customers shopping for kids' apparel and shoes. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to support customers.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
