Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit guidance
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Use networking and technology to support sales efforts
