Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit guidance
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Use networking and technology to support sales efforts
