The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized bra fittings and styling guidance to enhance customer confidence and comfort, building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. The role supports sales goals through direct service and use of digital tools while maintaining a customer-ready department through merchandising and stocking tasks. Training on bra fitting and product knowledge is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring size and providing fit and style guidance
• Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and honest feedback
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning tasks
• Stay updated on fashion and product knowledge through provided trainings
