Retail Salesperson responsible for driving sales both in-store and digitally while providing exceptional styling and customer service in the lingerie department. This role involves building customer relationships, using digital selling tools, maintaining department presentation, and supporting team needs with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Build and grow lasting customer relationships and new rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready department and perform light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments when needed
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
