Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
• Achieve sales goals both in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
• Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
• Participate in trainings to stay updated on fashion and product knowledge
