Summary
Seasonal part time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting store operations, and representing the brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge. The role focuses on meeting sales objectives, contributing to team performance, and maintaining store standards during a high-volume seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand policies.
- Utilize Polo Connect program and engage customers in brand initiatives.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including day, evening, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Willingness to complete company required trainings and follow policies and procedures.
