Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations and support store performance and initiatives. This entry-level sales role focuses on building customer relationships, engaging clients through multiple channels, and representing the brand on the sales floor. The position supports team training and contributes to broader store and community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by driving selling and engaging customers on the sales floor
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Engage clients through in-store and alternative purchasing channels (Gladly, Click to Zoom, Ship to Home) and digital tools (QR codes, digital catalogs)
• Support networking, talent sourcing, and community outreach activities

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred with demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store personnel
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required
• Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills with a proven track record of success
