Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
• Meet individual and team sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
• Participate in trainings to stay updated on fashion and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team on tasks like filling orders, stocking, and remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain the department
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and clienteling
