Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and products
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Implement price markdowns and perform light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
