Sales Associate - Mayfair

Summary

Hiring event for multiple in-store sales and support roles at the Mayfair Nordstrom location including women's apparel, kidswear and shoes, men's apparel, customer service, and stock fulfillment. On the spot interviews and offers may be available during the event.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at customer service stations
• Assist customers with product selection and styling for apparel and footwear
• Process transactions and handle returns and exchanges accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized displays
• Support stock, fulfillment, and delivery operations including receiving and replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and performance metrics
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding as required

Requirements

• Customer focused demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Basic retail math and point of sale system familiarity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks for stock roles
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States
