Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining the department to ensure a customer ready environment. Role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as business needs demand. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Fill orders, stock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and assist with light cleaning
• Open new rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible hours and occasionally support other departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as needed
