Summary

Sell men's apparel through in-store and digital channels, build customer relationships, and meet sales goals while maintaining the department and providing styling advice. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide style and fit guidance with confident and honest feedback
• Fill orders, restock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments
