Summary

The Salesperson helps customers find apparel that suits their style and fit preferences while building lasting customer relationships. This role supports sales goals through in-store and digital selling, product knowledge, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments as needed.
