Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and provide personalized styling and fit advice
• Deliver exceptional service on the customer’s terms and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on responsibilities
• Flexible availability to work a variable schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
