Job Description

Summary

Customer-facing retail sales role at a Natick mall location focused on delivering excellent service, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Position requires flexibility in schedule, working across departments as needed, and participation in merchandising and order fulfillment tasks. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered following 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
  • Use selling tools including text and social media to grow sales
  • Open new customer rewards program accounts to drive loyalty
  • Stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
  • Fill customer orders and assist with online order fulfillment
  • Maintain department presentation and perform light cleaning
  • Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and strong people skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Interest and ability to use networking and technology to meet sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail setting
  • Organizational skills and strong follow through
  • Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
  • Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
