Job Description

Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling while building lasting customer relationships and providing styling advice. Role includes maintaining product and department presentation, opening rewards accounts, and supporting other departments as needed. Schedule varies and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Use text and social media to support selling and customer outreach
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
  • Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
  • Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
  • Grow customer base by opening rewards program accounts
  • Support other departments as business needs require
  • Work a flexible schedule based on store needs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with a goal oriented focus
  • Interest in using networking and technology to meet sales goals
