Summary
Team members support salesfloor, customer service, stock and fulfillment operations in a fast paced retail environment. Roles include assisting customers at point of sale, maintaining merchandise presentation, receiving and processing shipments, and fulfilling online orders. Flexibility to work different store areas and physical stamina for frequent movement and lifting are required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with transactions across in store online and mobile platforms
- Maintain salesfloor presentation through re merchandising straightening and stocking
- Greet and support customers in fitting rooms and during purchases
- Receive unload and deliver new merchandise to selling departments
- Process and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory systems to scan process and research shipments
- Organize and maintain clean salesfloor and stockroom areas
- Support store events markdowns and fixture relocations
- Adhere to operational merchandise and asset protection standards
Requirements
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Accountability initiative and ability to work independently and with a team
- Organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement and frequent bending twisting and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Stock and fulfillment roles may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
