Seasonal Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, supporting company initiatives, and building customer relationships while representing brand standards. Ambassadors participate in training, utilize sales technologies, and contribute to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support and execute company initiatives and store vision
• Participate in team training and use new technology to improve results
• Represent and deliver consistent brand and customer experience standards
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchase processes such as ship to home and virtual shopping tools
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate the register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
