Retail Sales team member responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through relationship building, styling advice, and effective use of selling tools such as text and social media. The role requires meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, contributing to merchandising and inventory tasks, and supporting the department through flexible scheduling and occasional coverage of other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Build lasting relationships and provide personalized styling and fit guidance
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule that varies based on business needs
