Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit guidance to customers
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and open new rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business needs
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week and may include other departments
