Summary

Provide exceptional fashion-focused customer service on the sales floor for shoes, cultivating both in-store and digital customer relationships. Meet sales goals using selling tools including text and social media, offer styling and fit guidance, and help maintain a customer-ready department. The position requires schedule flexibility and may include performing duties in other departments as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Open new rewards program accounts to deepen customer relationships
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at using networking and technology to achieve sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excel in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
