Summary

Part Time Sales Stock Support Associate responsible for engaging clients, delivering excellent customer service, and handling stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store management directives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients providing attentive customer service
• Assist with sales transactions using the point of sale system
• Receive and unpack incoming merchandise
• Prepare and organize merchandise for the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Support inventory supervision and control efforts
• Follow directives from the store manager and corporate office
• Provide basic product and brand information to customers

Requirements

• Prior retail or boutique experience preferred
• Experience handling high end goods and clientele oriented sales preferred
• Professional and motivated with strong representation of brand lifestyle
• Customer service and client engagement skills
• Ability to perform stockroom operational tasks
• Familiarity with POS transactions
• Reliable and able to follow manager directives
