Cosmetics Beauty Advisor - Aventura

Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients within a luxury cosmetics environment. Drive sales through expert product knowledge, demonstration, and exceptional customer service while maintaining the presentation of the apothecary area. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one client consultations and makeup/skincare demonstrations to assess needs and recommend products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure tester and display cleanliness.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, bookings, and clienteling tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably in luxury cosmetics or fragrance.
• Strong product knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance with the ability to demonstrate application techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
