Seasonal Sales Support - Miami Design District

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting store operations. This role focuses on assisting clients, supporting the sales team with hospitality and POS tasks, and helping maintain store presentation. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador to create memorable experiences.
• Support client hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience and impact sales.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Keep hospitality areas stocked, orderly and clean; communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
