Summary

Full Time Client Advisor based in the Miami Design District responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships. Acts as a brand ambassador, leveraging product knowledge and clienteling tools to meet individual and team sales objectives. Works collaboratively with the store team to create a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in a customer-centric environment.
• Strategic sales and commercial mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Willingness to learn, continuously improve performance, and master product knowledge and clienteling tools.
