Senior Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and driving sales at the Miami Design District store. Acts as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships and advising clients across all product categories. Serves as a role model to the team and supports store management in daily operations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for results
• Welcome clients, advise across the brand and product categories, and enhance the client experience
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients
• Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge
• Support store operations including floor management, stock operations, opening/closing duties, visual merchandising, and after-sales as needed
• Mentor colleagues, assist in onboarding newcomers, and support management with team development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Proven experience driving a multi-million client book through relationship building
• Strong client service orientation, social perceptiveness, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and passion for luxury product and design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus
