Senior Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is a dedicated brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and building lasting client relationships. This in-store role focuses on personalized selling, clienteling and meeting individual and store KPI targets in the Miami Design District location. The Advisor supports teamwork, upholds visual and operational standards, and uses CRM and digital tools to strengthen client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet, listen to and assist clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across product categories to maximize sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and CRM tools.
• Drive and exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and follow cash and inventory procedures.
• Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives and promote a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong selling skills, ability to overcome objections and excellent verbal communication.
• Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury market, with awareness of trends and social media.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and CRM systems.
• Team-player mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accept feedback.
• Ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages up to 10 lbs regularly.
