Sales Advisor

Summary

Represent the Maison and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving individual and boutique sales targets. Develop lasting client relationships through personalized service, outreach, and effective use of CRM tools. Participate in boutique operations, events, and ongoing product learning.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Guide clients through the full sales experience, address objections, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain client relationships through accurate CRM records, targeted follow-up, and networking.
• Support boutique operations, events, and brand initiatives while following sales and communications policies.
• Coordinate with management to meet client needs and contribute to boutique goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a timepiece-related field.
• Strong luxury client service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Flexibility to work according to the boutique schedule; a second language is a plus.
