• Grow sales through outreach, appointments, and follow-up, including sharing new arrivals and inviting customers to events.
• Introduce customers to the Nordy Club and work with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized space.
• Sell across departments and adapt to changing customer and business needs.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and an ability to build customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven approach and enthusiasm for digital engagement.
• Organization, adaptability, multitasking, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
